Tommaso Condulmari

Passionate about technology and entrepreneurship, Tommaso has worked for more than four years consulting on digital transformation projects for major players across Financial Services, Telco, and Oil & Gas industries. Tommaso joined P101 in 2023 as Data Analyst to support P101 digitalization program, which has the objective to position P101 as a leading hedge data-driven VC shop in Italy.
Tommaso was born in Milan in 1994. He graduated in Management Engineering (BSc) at Polytechnic of Milan and in Big Data and Business Analytics (MSc) at IE Business School in Madrid.
During his Bachelor, he worked for two Italian startups (which are part of P101 Portfolio) and for BIP Consulting. After his master’s degree, in 2018 he re-joined BIP Consulting in the Digital Transformation department, where he specialized in agile management of digital transformation, product and services with a range of technologies such as machine learning, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, business intelligence, process automation and data warehousing.
