What we do

Our goal is to flank Founders for 5 to 10 years, sharing challenges, success and nurture the growth of their projects.
We are venture investors, which means we always take minority positions in portfolio companies and play an “internal advisor” role to support them in their growth path.

Four funds,
a total AUM of €360m

  1. 2013

    PROGRAMMA 101

    The fund invested in 26 early-stage tech companies, including Cortilia, Opyn (formerly BorsadelCredito.it), Milkman, Velasca and successfully achieved the exits of Musixmatch, Musement, Octorate, Tannico, Viralize and Deporvillage. The fund’s collection period closed in November 2016 and manages a total of €67M.

  2. 2018

    PROGRAMMA 102

    The fund got supported by European Investment Fund, Fondo Italiano di Investimento, BCC Pension Fund, Cassa Forense, Fondazione Sardegna, Azimut, Banca Sella, and a few selected high-profile private individuals. Since its establishment, the fund has invested in 19 companies including Casavo, Colvin, WeSchool, Wonderflow, and completed the exit of Bipi and Keyless. The collection period ended in June 2020 and manages a total of €102,5M.

  3. 2020

    ITALIA 500

    Created by Azimut Libera Impresa SGR and managed under mandate by P101, it is the first Venture Capital fund that invests in start-ups and SMEs, open to retail investors. The fund has collected €40M to date. ITALIA 500 co-invests with Programma 102 and invests in the follow-on operations of Programma 101.

  4. 2023

    PROGRAMMA 103

    Launched in December 2022, with a first close at €150M and a target close at €250M by 2023, the fund is supported by Azimut, CDP, European Investment Fund, BPM, Inarcassa, ISP Group Pension Fund, and some of most important Italian family offices.
