Riccardo Monti

Riccardo Monti joined BCG in 1990 in the Paris office, then moved to Zurich and finally to Milan. Prior to joining BCG he spent 4 years in the logistics department of a multinational chemical company.

In BCG Riccardo Monti has extensively worked in the Industrial and Energy sector, were he funded BCG Italy’s Energy and Utilities Practice, thus becaming a core member of the World Wide Industrial Goods Practice of the firm.

In June 2005 he became Managing Partner of the IGT System (Italy, Greece, and Turkey). Starting from January 2014 Riccardo Monti assumed the role of Chairman of BCG Italy and, at the end of its mandate in 2021, he was appointed as Senior Partner Emeritus of BCG.
