Lavinia Ferri

Interested in the combination of finance and entrepreneurship and curious about people, Lavinia started her first working experience in a London-based M&A boutique, moving to the Venture Capital industry straight after. Lavinia joined P101 in 2023 as Investment Analyst, where she is in charge of screening and evaluating potential investments as well as supporting in deal execution and management of portfolio companies.

Lavinia was born in Rome in 1996. She holds a BSc in Business and Economics from Università degli Studi di Roma Tor Vergata and a MSc in Finance from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass Business School, City University of London). In 2019, while in London, she started as Investment Banking Analyst in a M&A boutique called AHV Associates where she learned the fundamentals of deal execution focusing on real estate and hospitality sectors. She then worked for DIP Capital, a pan-European VC fund, where she learned the dynamics of the VC industry and supported in the investment process of several companies.
