Edoardo Mingozzi

Edoardo has developed a strong interest in venture capital and early-stage investing, combining an academic background in economics with hands-on experience across the innovation ecosystem. He joined P101 in 2026 as Portfolio support  & special projects Analyst, where he is involved across the investment process within Corporate activities, covering deal scouting, due diligence, investment memo preparation, portfolio monitoring, and support to exit processes.

Edoardo was born in Cesena. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from Alma Mater Studiorum Università di Bologna. During his academic career, he was admitted to the PDAI (Percorso di Accelerazione Imprenditoriale), where he led ReFoody, a sustainability-focused startup project ranked first at StartUp Day Bologna 2024, and reached the finals of the Emilia-Romagna regional StartCup competition. Prior to joining P101, Edoardo gained experience in the Italian venture capital ecosystem through two experiences: first at FoolFarm, a Milan-based Venture Builder, focusing on external investments and support to venture builders; then at Italian Tech Alliance, where he led outbound scouting of fundraising startups and contributed to market research on emerging technologies and investment trends.
