Giuseppe Iademarco

Giuseppe is an entrepreneurial business leader with over 15 years of experience scaling ventures and products. He joined P101 in 2026 with responsibility for the firm’s North American expansion, portfolio support, and fund-of-funds investments in emerging managers.

He began his career at Third Bridge, the global investment intelligence firm, where he built the ‘Forum’ product from zero to 100 people and $18M ARR. He went on to co-found and lead to breakeven Millie, an edtech platform supporting international secondary school students with university and careers guidance, and most recently built the PE vertical for Fractional AI, a consultancy developing AI-driven solutions for enterprises. Throughout his career, he partnered closely with founders across the full lifecycle of product development and commercialization, from launch through acquisition.

Giuseppe holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and London Business School, an MSc in Economic History from the London School of Economics, and a BSc in International Economics and Management from Bocconi University. He is based in New York City.
