Antonio Grifoni

Antonio has experience in venture capital and corporate innovation, working with startups and large enterprises across multiple industries. He joined P101 in 2026 as Associate, where he supports investment sourcing, evaluation and portfolio monitoring, contributing to deal analysis, due diligence and strategic support to portfolio companies.

He began his career at Plug and Play, where he worked on enterprise innovation and investment activities across EMEA and Silicon Valley. During his five-year experience, Antonio led the Plug and Play Milan investment team, collaborated with corporate clients on innovation and technology scouting programs, and supported investment processes from opportunity sourcing to post-investment activities. He obtained with honors a double-degree MSc from Bocconi University and Copenhagen Business School, with a specialisation in innovation and corporate venturing.
